Panacci is a five‑year pancreatic cancer survivor — a milestone that carries extraordinary weight in a disease known for its unforgiving statistics. But Robert’s journey didn’t stop at survival. It ignited a mission.

He serves as the Phoenix Affiliate Chair for the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network, where he champions advocacy, patient support, and community mobilization. He is also the founder of The NOVI Foundation for Cures and The Arizona Cancer Center of Excellence, two visionary efforts focused on accelerating cures, elevating survivorship, and transforming the quality‑of‑life landscape for patients and families.

Robert’s work sits at the intersection of innovation, compassion, and lived experience. He brings the voice of a survivor, the determination of a builder, and the clarity of someone who understands what’s at stake — because he’s lived it.
