She began as a Hospital Navigator, providing free, one-on-one resource navigation to people undergoing cancer treatment at Phoenix-area hospitals. With a background in social work, Jazmine is passionate about serving underserved and Spanish-speaking communities. She now serves as Community Outreach and Engagement Manager, building partnerships and connecting people affected by cancer with valuable resources and support.
